A better path to biochar with CUGR

Discover the Carbon United Gasification Reactor

Up until now, creating biochar from high-altitude feed stocks has seemed almost impossible. Many high elevation forest lands lack developed roads to bring or build a biochar reactor on site.

Carbon United solved that problem with the first mobile gasification reactor design. We can now bring the unit directly to the landscape. The design of the Carbon United Gasification Reactor (CUGR) allows us to process any kind of biomass, wet or dry. The gasification reactor employs not one, but multiple external drying chambers. The drying units are powered by the heat generated from the gasification process. This creates the ability to generate more biochar in less time.

The CUGR operating system is simple to operate, very mobile and most of all reliable. Training time for operators is a fraction of the time required by other biochar reactor systems.
